Wild plant picking and cooking day workshop

Learn about botany and plant-based cooking, and prepare several simple, delicate plant-based recipes for your summer meals. (vegan workshops available on request). The day will begin with an introduction to plants through our senses, followed by a look at botany and their culinary and medicinal properties. We'll then go and cook them in a large, fully-equipped kitchen, tasting our preparations at around 3pm, accompanied by organic wine. You'll go home with the recipes for your creations.
